What Is a Liftgate?
A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the delivery truck used to safely lower heavy equipment to the ground when no forklift is available.

Important Delivery Notes
- All vehicle lifts require a forklift or unloading equipment at delivery.
- Liftgate service cannot be used to unload any lift.
- If the customer does not have a forklift, they must arrange terminal pickup or provide a commercial address.

*Liftgate service is available for tire machines and wheel balancers. Vehicle lifts require a forklift at delivery and cannot be unloaded with a liftgate.

Scissor Lifts – Special Note
Liftgate service for scissor lifts may be available depending on the carrier and delivery location. Availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed prior to shipment.
Customers should be advised that liftgate approval for scissor lifts is determined on a case-by-case basis and additional fees or delivery adjustments may apply.
